I am scanning an Item and the price is old/wrong in Gilbarco Passport.

Technical Support Level III -

If you have $ 1.00  in Retail Price but when you scan at the Register you see different price then please make sure following things:


1) If you have selected any thing on Mix Match Discount other then "NONE" then system will scan that price and system will ignore the Retail Price. Please change to "NONE" in Mix Match Discount field.


2) Click "Price Change" button on POS then select "Advance" then scan the barcode. You will see the item detail. Make sure you have the same barcode which you have in your BackOffice. If not then your POS barcode scanner and BackOffice barcode Scanner has the different configuration which causing this issue.
